Computer has been send for repairs, so I can only use this laptop once a week. People, please bear with it!
Still have lots of Xinmin stuff to say, so I have to try to cut it short.
First Day of School...Here I arrive at Xinmin. Students are all crowding on the pathway around the assembly area, and all of them seem to know each other. I scanned for any face, any that I knew, and to my relief, Zanelle was standing there, right at a corner.
But before I could inch forward to her, the students crowding around moved to the assembly area, and I had no choice but to follow them, it was kinda messy.
Sec 1s are led to their classes, and we did some games, and you know all the stuff.
Campfire... WOOTS!Be fore the campfire, we had this game of Treasure Hunt, and we were randomly grouped.
I was in Team 4 or D, with: Vicki, Tsui Yan, Larry, Leslie, Jovy, Wei Jian, York Hao, and two other people. Sorry for forgetting both of you.
We were dead beat when we finally completed everything. We had the Potluck Dinner, and proceeded to the Carpark for campfire. Yays!
The ball of fire wa supposed to come down from the third storey and to the stack of forewood, but then it stuck halfway, and we cut the rope, so it could dropped dpwn. But alas, it rained! Everybody have to proceed to the hall. Tsk.
Every Sec 1 class had to put up a skit, and the first five classes ahead of us either
a)spoke to softly, or
b)spoke unclearly.
After that 106 went up, and the whole skit was better than everybody else's. I am not kidding or showing off, our skit is the best! Muahahas.
But we only got 2nd. Dun ask me why, I too, have no idea. But we got 1st for Treasure Hunt, but so bad, there is no prize for Treasure Hunt. Tsk.
